TOV "Inteks Invest" [39821153]

Why it is here

Indicator “Contract splitting on one day”: 2 contracts without a procedure on one day 2023-02-17: each < 1,500,000 UAH, together 1,750,000 UAH.

Several contracts to the same supplier signed by one buyer on one day, which together exceed the threshold for an open procedure. Indicators computed from public data sets: contracts, payments, registers, trade and sanctions lists. An indicator is a reason to check, not a decision of a public authority.
