African Development Bank — cross-debarment enforcing a debarment imposed by World Bank Group, from 5 January 2018 until 4 January 2022.
Cross-debarment: under the Agreement for Mutual Enforcement of Debarment Decisions of 9 April 2010 the African Development Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank Group enforce each other's debarments of more than one year. African Development Bank applied a debarment first imposed by another of these banks: for the period shown the company may not be awarded contracts financed by African Development Bank.
